How LADR works
LADR is an elastic-supply token that climbs a ladder of real tokenized stocks. Once a day, its price is measured against a target stock. Beat the target and every balance grows; miss it and every balance shrinks. Your share of the supply never changes — only the number of tokens you hold.
The short version
- An epoch runs 24 hours. LADR trades freely against ETH in a Uniswap v4 pool.
- At the close, LADR's price is compared to the target stock's price (divided by a fixed number so the stock maps onto LADR's price range).
- Everyone rebases. Balances move by the deviation — up on a "rebase", down on a "debase". Same percentage for every holder.
- The target moves. On a rebase the target steps up to the next rung; on a debase it steps down. Then the next epoch begins.
Price is a time-weighted average
LADR's price for the rebase is a time-weighted average (TWAP) taken over a window near the epoch close — not the last trade. This means a last-second spike or dump can't swing the rebase. Stock prices are read the same way, from their own on-chain pools.
The tax & the treasury
Each buy and sell carries a small tax, paid in ETH. That tax flows to the protocol treasury. A portion of treasury revenue is used to acquire the tokenized stocks that back the ladder — so the protocol accumulates real exposure to the assets LADR chases over time. The tax is capped and can only be lowered or raised within a hard maximum enforced by the contract; it is always paid in ETH, never by selling your LADR.
Treasury stock acquisition is a treasury operation funded by tax revenue, not an automatic per-trade contract action. The on-chain tax simply routes ETH to the treasury.
Your balance & your share
Rebases change the quantity of LADR in every wallet by the same percentage. If you hold 1% of the circulating supply before a rebase, you hold 1% after — the token count changes, the ownership share does not. Wallets that are excluded from rebasing (the liquidity pool and the treasury) don't rebase, so their fixed tokens aren't diluted or inflated by epoch moves.
How to interact
- Connect a wallet on Robinhood Chain (chain ID 4663).
- Buy or sell LADR in the Trade panel. Trades route through the protocol's swap router into the Uniswap v4 pool; the quote you see reflects live price impact and tax.
- Hold across an epoch to participate in the rebase. Your balance updates automatically after each daily settlement.
- Track your position — the app shows your balance, your projected move for the current epoch, and your full rebase history.

Risks & honest notes
- LADR is experimental. Rebases can shrink your token count as well as grow it.
- The rebase direction depends on where LADR trades versus its target at each close — it is not guaranteed to go up.
- Prices come from on-chain pools; thin liquidity on a source pool could affect a reading, which is why the protocol uses time-weighted averages and staleness guards.
